Why I cannot log into Helpdesk Portal with the Billing System login?

I am able to log into the Billing System(WHMCS), but why I can't use the same login detail to login to my Helpdesk Portal?

Answer: It is because the WHMCS Billing System and SmarterTrack Helpdesk Portal did not use bridge database connection, hence you will need to register the new Helpdesk Portal account in order to allow you to access to the Helpdesk Portal.
