Our portal offers users a number of support resources, from the ability to initiate tickets and live chats with our agents to self-help resources via our popular Community and comprehensive knowledge base. 

** We will be migrating our support portal to a new platform by 01/May/2016. Owing to the different helpdesk platform, we would not be able to transfer any of the ticket history to the new helpdesk. We will disable access public access to the existing helpdesk once we have successfully switch over. If you would need a list of your old tickets upon switch over for temporary reference, please kindly contact us on our new helpdesk to submit your request.
