The migration of Gadolinium server is still in progress. The old server's hard drive crashed several times when we are migrating some of the domains to our new server. Until now, 50% accounts have been successfully migrated. We are working on to complete the remaining 50%.

Maintenance Details:

Gadolinium server was found not working properly over the last few days. The server's hard drives were also found having problem after several forced reboot.

To ensure the stability and performance of the server, we had scheduled to migrate all existing clients account which is hosted on this server to a new server. The new server is equipped with Dual Xeon CPUs which is more powerful.

Maintenance Effects:

We will begin the migration at 12.00am, Standard Mountain Time, GMT -0700.

During the migration, interruption to your web site and email will only happen when we are moving your account over. The downtime is depends on how large your account file size is.

The IP addresses and name servers for your web site shall remain unchanged.

For extra precautionary measures, we strongly advise our customer to do a backup on their critical data.
