TM Net Streamyx Users Intermittent Connection Slowness

Please be informed that some TM Net Streamyx users will experience intermittent connections slowness when accessing to domains website and services which hosted on Myloca data center.

If you require our assistance to further identify the cause of time out when accessing to your web site, kindly email us your trace route and ping result. You may copy the trace route result by clicking on the Ping Plotter menu > Edit > Copy as text and paste the result in email and send to support@exabytes.com.

We will help you further identify the cause of problem upon receiving the information as requested above.

We also wish to assure you that our servers and networks are working fine, and this issue is solely related to your ISP which is beyond our control.

Please be informed that we had obtained feedback from streamyx team.
At the moment their 2.5G link between BrickField to Myloca data center is down, this has caused congestion at another 2.5G link.
Restoration is under action by Streamyx.

We will be providing updates from time to time.

Please be informed that the we had confirmation from TMNET steamyx backbone team the restoration of congestion is completed on 7.30pm 27 March.

The Internet connections resume normal.
