Netmyne Announcement - Electrical Calibration & Servicing at Data Center Cyberjaya 1 (Myloca)

Dear Valued Customer's,

In adherent to the Rules and Regulation stipulated by Suruhanjaya Tenaga, TM Facilities Unit has scheduled a planned maintenance to perform the calibration and testing procedure at the date and time as stated below. The actual servicing will be perfomed on 16 and 17 September 2006. Prior to that, some calibration procedure will be conducted on the 9 Sept 2006 to identify any potential problem. Any potential risk on the servicing exercise will be rectified before the actual servicing on 16 - 17Sept 06.

During the Calibration, there will be no power interuption as of the actual servicing on 16 - 17 September 2006 Myloca Customers who are supplied with the redundant and uninterrupatble power supply should not be affected and can expect the servers and service to be running as normal. However there will be interruption on the whole building power supply that does not supported by the UPS. This will include all the elevators, lightings, workstations and other non critical appliances which are not connected to the UPS.

Hence we would like to advise the customers to avoid any maintenance visit (if possible) during the exercise for their own conveniences.

The whole TM Complex (TMNET and Myloca) building will be affected by the testing.

CALIBRATION:

Effect : There will not be any power interruption during the calibration
Date: 9 - 10 Sept 2006.
Time: 0900hrs - 1800hrs.

PPM SERVICING:
--------------
Effect : There will be power interruption during the servicing.
Date: 16 - 17 Sept 2006
Time: 0900hrs - 2100hrs.
Location: IDC Building & Tmnet Complex

The power supply at the data center has recovered and we are powering all servers in batch mode. All servers are expected to recover to full services in 30 minutes time. Sorry for any inconveniences.
