There is a network performance degration which is causing problems of slow loading of websites on the network 202.75.42.* . We are now working hard with the network engineer to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconveniences that may have brings to you. Further updates will be posted through this annoucement from time to time.
Please be informed that we had found there is abnormal traffic on our network which causing the networ speed to slow down.
Our engineer is still working on it and will provide update from time to time.
Please be informed that there will be immediate maintenance over the network 202.75.42.* on 21st Aug 2006 1:00pm (GMT+8:00). There will be a 10 minutes downtime for the network to be reset.
We will update once the maintenance completed.
The maintenance has been done and we can see there is not much improvement. Upon discussion with the datacenter network engineer, we will be having network adjustment schedule tonight (21st Aug 2006) at 8:00pm to improve the network speed which found degraded previously.
During the adjustment, the internet use may have some difficulties on accessing to the server network for website browsing,emails, or databases.
We will keep updating the new information regarding to the server network problem.
The network reconfiguration has been completed at 8.45PM GMT+8 21 Aug 2006. We will keep on the monitoring for the network. Sorry for any inconveniences.
As of the monitoring until 3.30PM GMT+8 22 Aug 2006, the network performance shows full recovery to its initial stage. Monitoring will be done for another 24 hours to make sure things are fine.
