Announcement - Service Disruption on Streamyx and Unifi Users

Service Disruption Details :
We learn that TM (Telekom Malaysia Berhad)'s Streamyx and Unifi users are facing access issue to browse foreign country websites due to submarine cable fault.
 
Scheduled restoration to begin on 25 March and is expected to be completed on 31 March 2016

Service Disruption Affects:
During this period, Streamyx and Unifi users may experience some degree of service degradation such as slow browsing and high latency while accessing international websites.
 
Exabytes's customers in Malaysia who have sign up for their hosting account on our US servers may intermittently experience connection problems connecting to our servers in US when they connect with Streamyx / Unifi network. 
 
The same experience apply to their local visitors as well.
 
Please kindly be reminded that all our servers and network in US data center is currently not undergoing any issues.
