[COMPLETED] Scheduled Support Helpdesk Portal Upgrade

We have some slight over the expected completion time due to some backend database upgrade which takes longer than we expected. But the upgrade has been completed successfully and we have confirmed the helpdesk is back up with working condition.

We will be taking down our support portal during the date/time scheduled above for a schedule upgrade of our support portal helpdesk to the latest edition released by the vendor.

 

During the upgrade schedule window, access to our support portal, KB and video tutorial will be unavailable. You can however still contact us through our online support form at http://www.exabytes.com/about/contact/form.php

 

The upgrade is mandatory as allow us to provide a more smooth and swift support experience to all our users.

 

We shall keep this announcement updated once the upgrade has been completed successfully.
