[COMPLETED] Scheduled Server Maintenance - Cloud Hosting Servers

Dear Valued Customers,
 
As you may already know from our previous notice (https://support.exabytes.com.my/news/2923/cloud-hosting-system-upgrade-notice.aspx ), we had scheduled to upgrade our cloud hosting system. We are delighted to inform that the upgrade is now complete except for cloud zone MY-CLOUD-02. Please rest assured that another upgrade plan is in place for this cloud zone.
 
In the meantime, we are scheduling maintenance for each cloud hypervisor server. As each cloud hypervisor server has longer uptime and new kernel version patched, we will be rebooting each server batch by batch.
 
After learning from past incidents, we decided to manually shut down all cloud servers one by one before rebooting cloud hypervisor servers.
 
This exercise will be performed batch by batch due to Exabytes’s multi-location cloud zones. Kindly take a look at the schedule below:
