Issues on MY02 (42.1.6x.xxx) cloud hosting servers

We have got most of the VMs rebooted and completed the disk check and have brought it online. If your VM are affected and have dropped us a support ticket, you should have received a response as of last night about your latest status. However, we still see there are some VMs which fails to goes through the process and what we are doing right now is to create a VM through the system and restoring the files from our off server backup. Depending on the disk usage and number of files, the restoration times vary. If you are seeing your VMs are not available for service, please do drop us a support ticket to get for the latest update.

Due to there are numbers of Cloud Servers / VPS / Virtual Machines Involved which need manual reboot and troubleshooting, the numbers of Helpdesk Ticket we received regarding this incident also increased. Please expect there might be delayed in responding to Helpdesk Ticket but be rest assured that our Support Engineers are working on it to recover back the services as soon as possible. Your patience is highly appreciated.

It seems that any inserted data to any new created disk will cause an immediate disk problem, which indicated that the storage system is facing issues.
