All required features on this server has been restore and email functions has resumed back to its origin state.

The smartermail services has been restored and email services has been up and running back as normal. There will be windows update patches coming on the way shortly and the service will be interrupted again for another short period.

We are now getting new OS installed where the old email data will be retain as another partition. As of now the OS installation still in progress.

We have tried several ways to rescue the Operating System but the issue still remain. We are going to reinstall new Operating System in another disk and mounted the data back to the server.

It appears to be an issue with the RAID driver not properly being found upon boot. Our Data Center Engineer still working to restore the server right now.

The specified server is currently running CHKDSK now from the recovery console and it is progressing.

The specified server currently stuck in a cycle of reboots due to a blue screen and can not load the OS , our network engineers currently investigating this problem.
