We believe everyone deserves fantastic support for their Exabytes Hosting. Our backlog of requests has consistently grown as our team of 25 Tech Support receives nearly 5,000 messages a week. We are in the process of adding and training new Tech Support Staffs as well as improving servers’ performance. Once we are caught up we will work on bringing a high level of support back for everyone.
