Updates : The upgrade has been not successfully and we have reverted to the working copy. We will be checking with the developer for further details and work out for another schedule.

We will be upgrading our support helpdesk portal to the latest edition as in order to serve you better. Our helpdesk will be unavailable for about 1.5 hours. Our engineer however will continue to monitor the server as to ensure all the services are running well.
