It has been our pleasure serving you since you became our clients in March/April. As far as our service is concerned, do you have any suggestion or comment on your hosting experience with us for the past few weeks?

At the same time, we would like to bring to your attention that there have been incidents among our newly migrated clients from Rawanaz who have already paid for their domain renewal fees failed to get their domains renewed accordingly. Exabytes is deeply concerned about this matter and we want to find out from you as soon as possible if you have already paid for your domain renewal fees to Rawanaz but still have NOT obtained your domain name renewal.

If your have paid for your domain renewal fees to Rawanaz previously, please provide us with your payment slip as a proof of payment before 20 May 2010. Your satisfaction and hosting experience are important to us!

Please email us your proof of payment before 20 May as we will not be able to renew your domain names for you in this matter after 20 May.

We have found out the previous hosting provider have shutting down both of the server named Starlite and I-rawanaz causing some of the domains is down and this action have stopped us to continue the account migration.

We are now checking with the rawanaz.com.my's owner and try to contact the previous hosting provide to allow us to migrate the account.

The migration of all the accounts are still in progress. As of now, 30% completed. We will continue the migration over this Saturday and Sunday. Estimate the new completion date will be Monday (5 Apr 2010) midnight.

To check is your domain been migrated to Exabytes server, you may do one of the following:

A) Ping
1. Open your command prompt.
2. Ping YourDomain.com
3. If the IP resolves to 110.4.45.155, that means your account is now hosted at Exabytes server.

B) Check via cPanel
1. You may log into yourdomain.com/cpanel/
2. If the server IP shown is 110.4.45.155, that means your account is now migrated.

We will migrate your hosting account to a brand new server fully managed by Exabytes. The new server will be hosted in KL, Malaysia.

Once your account has been migrated, we will help to redirect your domain DNS from the current Rawanaz server over to Exabytes new server. If you are using 3rd party hosted DNS, please contact our support for assistance.

The new server is a more powerful Dual Quard Core CPUs Server with RAID10 Hard Drives and Gigs of RAMs. This will ensure better server performance and stability.
