The maintenance completed as the root cause of the outage is the hard drive in RAID-1 array failed.

We have replaced the failed disk and it is working now, however RAID rebuild might causing teh server slowness by now.

During the maintenance, DotNetPanel server and primary DNS is not accessible. However the secondary DNS will serve for all of the website and website services will be able to continue.
