Emails are still being transferred to the new server and completed about 70%. In order to have all the emails being copied over, we will be bringing the services up delay by another 1.5 hours. New time will be 2.00AM 04 May 2008 GMT+8. We will keep this announcement updated for any available progress.

The schedule has been postponed to 03 May 2009 10.00PM GMT+8. We will be shutting down the mail services at 10.00PM GMT+8 to transfer all the emails to the new server. We expect all the mail services to be restored by 12.45AM GMT+8 3 May 2009. Any further updates will be available via this announcement page.

We will be switching the current Smartermail mail server - Mountainking 202.75.48.16 over to a new server hardware as of the date/time scheduled above. As to allow all the emails to be transfer over, we will be disabling all the mail services at 10.00PM GMT+8 2 May 2009 in order to transfer all the email data over to the new server. All email services including WebMail, POP3, SMTP and IMAP will be inaccessible during this time. We expect all the mail services to be restored by 12.45AM GMT+8 3 May 2009.
