We have located the issue is because of permission issue on mail server entry for Aggron server (202.75.48.13) and permission propagation is in progress.

We are doing account synchronization with priority upon request, however the domain which not submitted ticket will be done as well, the server might facing slowness while performing this action as I/O resources will used up from the server.

There has been some synchronization issue for some email account in Aggron server (202.75.48.13). Some users will encounter login failure due to incorrect password and lost email entry.

We are currently in the midst of recovering the email account and services. We shall update the status of the email services from time to time. All the emails has been transferred over to the mail server. Email services has been restarted.

We have one issue in which the Helm remote server application fails to install on the new mail server. We will be contacting the developer for suggested resolutions on this. User will be having issues to create, update and delete any emails accounts from the Helm control panel who their email services are hosted on the new mail server. We will be switching the current Smartermail mail server - Aggron 202.75.48.13 over to a new server hardware as of the date/time scheduled above. As to allow all the emails to be transfer over, we will be disabling all the mail services at 10.00PM GMT+8 26 April 2009 in order to transfer all the email data over to the new server. All email services including WebMail, POP3, SMTP and IMAP will be inaccessible during this time. We expect all the mail services to be restored by 12.45AM GMT+8 27 April 2009.
