We have discovered that most of the feedback from our customers are using IP 203.82.79.2 . You may visit http://www.myip.dk to check if your Celcom Wireless Broadband connection is using the IP 203.82.79.2 .

At the moment, we are still working on the issue with TMNet/Netmyne . On top of that we have created a feedback to Celcom helpline careline@celcom.com.my currently awaiting for respond.

Subject : Discovery of Celcom Wireless Broadband users unable to connect to some of our servers.

We have received unofficial news based on the high numbers of Celcom Wireless Broadband users, that they are unable to connect to their website hosted with us as well as some other websites not hosted with us.

Based on our investigation and data compiled from users' feedback we have make a conclusion that we have numbers of Celcom Wireless Broadband have difficulty accessing their website of their favorite sites.

At the moment, we have notified our liaison in TMNet/Netmyne on this issue. TMNet/Netmyne has to notify their counterpart in the Celcom Wireless Broadband Division. We are awaiting for our liaison in TMNet/Netmyne to update us on this matter.

We plead for your understanding that the actual course of the issue is still under investigation, there is no conclusive result at the moment for Internet is managed by multiple providers and it is interconnected to multiple network which is updated from time to time.

We seek your assistance to provide us as much information as possible, the information required not limited to :
1. Time of the occurrence
2. Providing us your wireless broadband public IP via visiting http://www.myip.dk
3. Traceroute which can be obtain using of ping plotter, http://support.exabytes.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=534
