Immediate Server Maintenance - Sagitaurus [202.75.42.10]

The downgrade has been completed and we will be monitoring the server performance from now on. In the mean time, we have also gathered some performance data which will be forwarded to Smartermail support before we move this server to version 5.x.

We will be taking down the Smartermail services by 1.00PM GMT+8 15 December to downgrade the Smartermail back to version 4.x. Mail services including Webmail, SMTP,POP3 and IMAP will be unavailable for 10-15 minutes during the downgrade.

Our support team are working with Smartermail developer on the mail server issue investigation.

POP3 session and session timeout has been decreased at this moment and may try again for send/receive if the connection failed to establish.

POP/SMTP/IMAP services of the server are running fine. The only impact is that the mails might delay because queuing at server mail queue.
