RESOLVED: Exabytes - Smartermail Issues on Asteroids Server (72.18.132.196)

We have resolved the Webmail error by reinstalling the .Net framework on the server side.

It is being discovered that the page is showing blank and no contents whenever login to the Smartermail webmail page at http:// 72.18.132.196 or http://mail.domain.com . We are currently checking and fixing this issue.

POP/SMTP/IMAP services of the server are running fine. The only impact is that users/email accounts on server 72.18.132.196 are not able to view/compose emails via Smartermail webmail on http://72.18.132.196 or http://mail.domain.com .
