Start Time: 12.00am GMT -0700
Estimated End Time: 8 November 2008 12.00pm GMT-0700
Server Effected: Venus (IP: 72.18.131.252)

Maintenance Description:
==========================
We will be migrating all of the contents including databases, websites, awstats and configuration from the existing server which is hosted on Venus (IP: 72.18.131.252) to a brand new server with better hardware configuration. All website IPs will remain unchanged upon the migration completed. This maintenance only affect the Web/FTP/MySQL hosted on Venus server, email services are not being affected.

Maintenance Impact:
==========================
1. During the migration, your web site,database and FTP services services which are hosted on Venus server might be interrupted for a maximum of 12-14 hours.
2. Your username and password for Helm control panel, database and FTP shall remain unchanged.
3. The IP address of the web address will remain unchanged after the migration is completed.
4. The DNS IP will remain unchanged.
5. You are advised to keep a backup of your web site on your local terminal.
