Guideline of Update Hosting Account Details via Client Area
This guideline is draft to guide user update their hosting account details via Exabytes client login area. If you have recently change your personal info, please login to client area to update accordingly. This is important to let us reach you with valid info to provide you up-to-date offer information / server maintenance update / and billing matter.
- First proceed to client area via portal (http://billing.exabytes.com/mypanel/)
- Click on "Account" on right hand side of panel and select "Login"
- Once enter, user are require to enter primary contact email and given password.
(User may click on "Request a Password Reset" or drop us an email with primary contact for password reset if unable to recall origin login)
- To modify / update user contact details, may proceed to click on drop down list on right hand side of the panel and select "Edit Account Details"
- Now you may update your latest contact detail under "My Details" tab and assign sub contact for subordinate on "Contacts / Sub-Accounts". Complete the changing and click on "Save Changes".
