How to create a same signature for all user (SmarterMail)


This article will show the steps on how to create a same signature for all user from Smartermail administrator panel (You will need to have the administrator privilege in order to perform this action)

1) Login to your SmarterMail domain administrator account, click on the “Settings” button




2) Under “Domain Settings”, click “Signatures



3) On the right panel, click on the “Signatures” tab



4) Click “New” to start creating a new signature



5) In the pop up window, specify your signature name and enter the signature in the large text box, then click “Save



6) Next, click the “Mappings” tab, select the signature from the drop down list, then click “Save
