However, we do not provide free technical support for third-party software or applications which are not in your service package. You are free to install, code, design and maintain custom software, but please be aware that this type of troubleshooting falls outside the scope of our Technical Support department. There maybe some security loop holes on these kind of application as well whereby it is best for your to check/verify whether it is a usable, secure and compatible to the server setting before applying it to the server.
