Error while creating/updating POP3 accounts in HELM


You might get error and not able to update the Email(POP3) account from your HELM Control Panel.

SYMPTONS:

You might received the error of "Unable to update POP3 account, please try again or contact support." while attempting to create/modify a POP3 email account in the Helm Control Panel.

CAUSE: 

It is most likely because you are using a weak password, and not fulfilled the POP3 email account requirement that we set with URL of

1. The password must have at least a minimum of 5 characters.
2. The password should not be equivalent to the POP3 username.
3. The password should contain at least a minimum of 1 symbol.

RESOLUTIONS:

Fulfilled the above requirement and retry again.
