Why I cannot log into Helpdesk System with old login?

Why I cannot log into Helpdesk System(SmarterTrack) with my login email and password from old Helpdesk system(Kayako Helpdesk)?

A: It is because Exabytes did not convert the user information from old system to current SmarterTrack Helpdesk System, hence you may need to re-register the login username and password.
