1. Go to Exabytes Support Center (http://support.exabytes.com).
2. Click on 'Submit a Ticket'.
3. Select the department you would like to on the drop down menu submit a ticket to and click 'Continue'.
4. Enter the necessary information and click 'Submit Ticket'.
5. Your ticket will be submitted to Exabytes HelpDesk System and the 'Ticket Information' (Ticket ID) will be displayed.

6. Alternatively, you may submit ticket with sending email to email@example.com (US Support Department), firstname.lastname@example.org (US Customer Service Department), email@example.com (US Billing Department) or firstname.lastname@example.org (US Sales Department).
