Viewing a Ticket in HelpDesk System

After submitting a ticket to Exabytes Support, you will receive an auto response email. The email will be sent to the email account that you have entered when creating the ticket. Below is a sample of the email, 


Your ticket has been recieved and has been assigned a ticket number of [2EB-11FE7B82-853B].  Please keep this ticket number for your records and include it in the subject (including brackets) of all future emails regarding this issue.

View this Ticket Online

 

It is because there were 2 ways to submit ticket to Exabytes Helpdesk you may refer to the ways that you used as below to view older ticket.

 

 


1) Submitting ticket through email
To view the ticket you have submitted, please go to http://support.exabytes.com/ and enter the "Username" and "Password" (not able to login with old Kayako Login?) if you have registered with the Helpdesk System, else you may select on "View this ticket Online" from bottom of the email message. 

To view the ticket history through Online System, Refer to the step and image as below.

Once login, you may click on "View Tickets", however you might not see the ticket listed from the list there as you were sending the ticket through email, find the ticket at "Ticket Lookup" with the ticket number from the email you were received and Email address and hit on Search button.


2) Submitting ticket through Helpdesk System(https://support.exabytes.com/).

To view the ticket you have submitted, please go to http://support.exabytes.com/ and enter the "Username" and "Password" (not able to login with old Kayako Login?), select on "View Tickets", a list of ticket sent will be listed as attached below.
